Women’s role in home is very significant in shaping her children, not just physically, but mentally, morally and spiritually as well. In other words, the woman is the center point, axis, upon which the entire family world revolves. Her role as mother, as advisor and as civilizer, has to be protected at all costs. The sanctity of the home very much depends on her. The feeling which a mother has for her infant is absolutely pure and beautiful. No conflict there. Woman is the help mate to her husband, providing moral support for him in his growth and up-hill struggle for the family’s survival. A mother does not ignore her child, even when he happens to be a delinquent. She weeps for him, serves him and goes about seeking help for his improvement. In communities, where modern thinking is not yet touched, a wife does not disown her husband, even if he happens to be a criminal. Her culture gives her the psychology to consider that her husband does not cease to be her husband because of his ill nature nor does she cease to be his wife. When we do not disown another fellow human being, however down placed he is in social and moral life, we touch the apex in inter-personal relationship. Such is the importance of woman in family and so her role in creating a moral being.
