Stress Management
Stress is a dangerous topic to discuss!
Obviously we do not need a definition for “stress” as each and every one of us would have experienced about stress. There are different definitions for stress from medics, psychologists and management consultant’s point of view; which has been aggressively defended and passionately held.
Stress may be of family related experiences, outcomes and responses caused by different circumstances and events. Different people may experience different aspects and recognize with different definitions.
• Problem with job, when you are doing a tough job and when you don’t get support from your superior, you definitely will feel the stress.
• Problem with people, powerful persons, for example your boss, can undermine or support you, things can be done easily when working as a team. Create a powerful and successful team, deal with the unreasonable demands and be sure that you needs are respected.
• Overloaded with work, hard work and stress is sold as the price for success. Develop the skills and make a mindset to manage your workload and needs.
• A badly organized infrastructure of your work place may increase your stress when you work, know the technique to change your work environment more positive.
